Yeah idk
Because I'm going to forget this random thread even if I want to pick it up later:
Discfish
the size and shape of a CD, they live in the mud of the lake shore and also in the shallows and taste a bit like venison
- Venison tasting possibly means being of red meat = high levels of iron (man what color meat does a flatfish have anyhow)
- being a fish, however, the meat probably looks more like tuna in visual characteristics, which is a different texture from venison
- if it lives in the shallows, it probably blends into the mud to hide from predators
- idk would a zebraliofish want to nom on these guys? More likely a zebraliofish would eat whatever the hell it can get its teeth into
- Best bait: something that "swims" along in range for it to grab at. Likely the discfish isn't made for long distance swimming, but rather throws itself into one fast strike, like a crocodile. And then settles back into the sand to digest.
