Fonon Theory

Either way, it also gives him room to examine the twins, albeit not quite in detail without specialized tools, and see how their fonon structures are now.

The same rules as the first set of fonic artes in terms of powerdown still apply, though the number of casts may vary slightly less due to the internal pull that his Fonic Sight will also render. Consider the number of casts mentioned before as the higher limit rather than the comfort limit.
